Service Usage
- Our services are strictly for personal and healthcare assistance only.
- Service bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if false information is provided.
- Any misuse of our nursing or attendant staff will lead to immediate termination of service.
Payments & Fees
Payments for services must be made as per the agreed plan at the time of booking. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. In case of delayed payments, DK Home Care Services reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services until dues are cleared.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients can cancel their service bookings at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Any last-minute cancellations may incur partial service charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
Responsibilities of Clients
- Provide accurate medical and personal details for better service delivery.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for our staff.
- Provide necessary medical equipment or prescriptions if required.
Liability Disclaimer
While we provide trained and verified healthcare professionals, DK Home Care Services will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or accidental damages during service delivery. Clients must consult qualified doctors for critical medical advice.
